It will normally taken between 3 and 5 working days to process your order and ship. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier service. I will send paintings and prints tracked and signed for, where available. Please allow a further 3 to 5 days for delivery following despatch confirmation. International shipping may take longer.
For smaller paintings and prints being delivered in the UK, the shipping costs are calculated during the online checkout process and will be confirmed prior to order placement. Shipping costs for greetings cards being delivered in the UK are included in the price.
For larger items, I will promptly contact you with a quote for delivery costs, once you have placed your order. If those shipping costs are unacceptable then I would be happy to cancel the order and issue a refund. If you do not confirm acceptance of the quoted shipping costs within 7 days (or if I do not receive payment for delivery within 7 days following your acceptance) I reserve the right to cancel the order. If you prefer, you can contact me prior to placing the order and I would be happy to provide a quote for the shipping costs.
Yes. If you would like to collect your items, you can do so for free by selecting the appropriate option in the Shopping Cart.
Yes but please read the section above regarding shipping costs. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK. Furthermore, where shipping costs are agreed with you after order placement, I will not ship until I have received payment for the agreed costs from you.
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, feel free to contact me.
Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs as long as the items are returned within 30 days (10 days if you are buying as a business), are unused and are in the original packaging (unless that packaging is damaged in which case the items should be packed in a manner that will ensure they are safely shipped back to me). Prior to returning any items, please contact me at email@example.com so that we can discuss any issues and hopefully find a solution.
If the items are not damaged or incorrect but you decide that you no longer want them, then I accept returns as long as you email me within 14 days of receiving the items and then return the items in their original packaging within 14 days following the date of your email. Following receipt of the item, I will refund the price for the item (but not the shipping costs). I can only provide a refund if the items are unused and undamaged upon their return. Please note that this does not apply if you are buying as a business).
Where you are eligible for a refund, I will credit the card or account which you used to purchase the items.
Nothing affects your statutory rights.
Yes, I am always happy to discuss payment in instalments. Where we have agreed that payments may be made in instalments, we will agree the dates and values of each instalment in advance in writing. Any shipping costs will be added to the first instalment. Upon payment of the first instalment, I will deliver the items to you. You will own the items only once all payment instalments have been received by me in full. If you fail to pay any of the instalment by the agreed dates then, upon my request in writing, you must return the items to me immediately. I will then refund any advance payments, provided that the items are not damaged in any way. If the items are damaged, I reserve the right to recover the full price of the painting.
Some of my original paintings are framed by a professional framer. If this is the case, this will be explained in the description of the painting in my online shop. I do not frame paintings or prints myself because I am not a professional framer and I just don’t have the storage space for the materials. I do know some excellent framers and am always happy to provide contact details or other advice.
